Born in 1972 in the city of Philadelphia, PA, my first inclination to “create” was when I was a young boy visiting my Grandma Broomall on Colebrook Road in Willow Grove, PA during the summer. Being an early riser, she would sit with me in front of the garage door, hand me a stack of perforated mint green printer paper, and a handful of sharpened pencils to draw with. These are among the fondest memories of my life.

I’ve learned to use my art to express the thoughts and feelings deep inside that words just don’t seem to be able to convey. I’ve used a variety of media over the years, yet seem continuously drawn back to the canvas, favoring acrylic and watercolor.
